5 week old Trace

Here is a sneak peak for his Mommy and Daddy. Trace was 5 weeks old and such a great baby, so calm! It is rare to get a 5 week old to sleep during a session, but by the end all he wanted to do was sleep and didn't want me messing with him! Thanks for having me over to photograph your newest addition!


And don't let this photograph fool you, I am not breaking into pet photography. I will however incorporate a "cooperative" furry member of the family. This little yorkie had such a cute smile :)

Baby Fair at Baptist

Saturday I spend the day at Baptist Hospital meeting expectant parents and new parents, I really enjoyed meeting so many new people during a very special time of their lives. I had a display of my work and popular product lines. Here are some images of my booth.

Sharing just one.... 2 year old Savannah

I have photographed this little gal since she was a newborn. We met up at Centennial park to do her 2 year portraits and she even had a little tea party with her stuffed bears. This pic is my fav although so many were super cute because of the adorable subject and the beautiful surroundings of spring flowers. I only have time to share one, since I need to get ready for tomorrow.

Baby Fair tomorrow

I will be having my first booth set-up at the baby fair tomorrow at Baptist Hospital, so if you know any new or expecting Mom's tell them about it. I will be running some show specials too! It will be held at Baptist Hospital in Nashville from 10am-3pm. Call me if you need any more info.

Some News....

A lot has been happening with Kristin Aune Photography and the Aune family, so I wanted to make sure and update everyone....

First of all I am going to have a Booth at the Baby Fair at Baptist Hospital on April 19th. This show is for new and expectant Mom's and there will be lots of door prizes and a ton of information and vendors, everything baby. If you come or send a friend make sure you tell them to check out my booth. Details are listed right on the front of the Baptist website.

Second, Kristin Aune Photography will be moving to a new studio space and the Aune family will be moving to a new home. We will have a ton more space both for our family and for my business. We close the end of this month, but are not sure when we will be completely in the new space. Right now I am having a lot of outdoor sessions but when the weather gets hot and I am back inside, I will have a lot more space to play with. Stay tuned for updates.


Lastly, beside preparing for the baby fair, listing our current home, buying a new home, and raising a toddler, here are a few pics from some recent sessions....


I photographed another beautiful Mom-to-be over the weekend, and if I do say so myself, some of her photos were FIERCE (yes too much project runway for me...LOL!).




I also had a Alyza back for her one year portraits, and she is graduating from the baby plan. Mom really wanted an outdoor session, but the weather hasn't been cooperating, so we are saving that for another time.

Spring is in swing

I can't wait because it will be taking me back outdoor for some sessions starting this weekend. My favorite tree is in bloom, the Yoshino Cherry, we have one in our yard. Here a two pictures of it.
