Catching up

Well I was without my laptop for about a week and a half. So I was trying to do some proofing on my old home pc, which is super slow. I finally got my laptop back(I wanted to hug the DHL delivery guy), and I am catching up with things. I still have two more sessions to proof, but I will be caught up before you know it. I am now catching up on some overdue blogging.

Here is a session that I was able to finish on the home pc, although I haven't shared it yet. This little guy is so cute, and he was super smiley. Check out all of that hair too!

Artist's Favorite

I now have a new logo that you may seen on some of your proofs. It is an "Artist's Favorite" logo. Often when I am proofing I will just love certain images, so I decided to mark them. Maybe it will help when you are deciding what to order by giving you a second opinion. Maybe not, but at least I am having fun doing it.

Here is an example from Savannah's session. I think this is my new favorite from her session. I converted the color to what is called "midnight sepia",which I think really works here.

More Holiday Portrait Samples

I got a few willing subjects to photograph on my Holiday Set, at least as willing as a 1 year old will be. So here are some samples. This is Emma and Lola, Kyndal's little friends. The little pettiskirts that Lola is wearing in the last pictures are part of my studio props, so if you want to use them in your portraits please let me know. I have one each of red, white, pink, and black. They will fit 1-3 year olds.

Holiday Portraits

I got a chance to take a few sample photos on the holiday set. I will have a few more samples later. There are still time slots available, give me a call or email me to book your session. I am featuring these samples on one of my holiday card designs.

Savannah

I got to see another one of "my" babies again. I took Savannah's 18 month portraits. I have been photographing her since she was a couple of weeks old. I just love her new curls.

Brothers

This session from several weeks ago, was a birthday surprise for their Mommy. She loved the portraits, as it has been a while since they had their photos together aside from school pictures. I had so much fun photographing these boys. We told jokes, said funny words, and made funny faces.

This is the final formal portrait that was chosen and given to their Mommy.

Kristin Aune Photography is preparing for the 2007 Holiday season, how about you? For the first time we will be creating a classic holiday set and will be offering mini holiday sessions on Saturday, November 10th and Sunday, November 11th. Be sure to reserve your spot now. *Sessions are 20 minutes only so I will be focusing on one grouping only. Please let me know whether these will be family photos or individual photos of the children.

*Since there is limited time for each session, please no clothing changes. Also, it is best to come dressed and ready for the photos. If you must change your clothing here at the studio, then please come early to your session.

*There will be only one set-up for these photos and the Holiday set will not be available during regular sessions.

*Additional cards can be purchased for $1.50 each. Cards are 5x7 photo cards, greetings and text and some colors can be personalized. Some designs will accept 2 pictures, other will only accommodate one.
